where Is Mikhail Gorbachev Now? Still Alive Or Dead , Here’s what we know about the former President of the Soviet Union.
Mikhail Gorbachev is a Russian and former Soviet politician.
He is the eighth and final leader of the Soviet Union (15 March 1990 to 25 December 1991). Likewise, he was the General Secretary of the Soviet Union’s Communist Party (1985 to 1991). He previously served as the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet’s chairman (1988 to 1989) and Supreme Soviet’s chairman (1989 to 1990), and Soviet Union’s President (1990 to 1991).
Mikhail is a recipient of many awards, including the Nobel Peace Prize. However, many contempt him in Russia for quickening the Soviet’s collapse.
Time, I think, to recall what Mikhail Gorbachev told me in 2019: “As long as weapons of mass destruction exist the danger is colossal. All nations should declare that nuclear weapons must be destroyed. To save ourselves and our planet.” Camera @mattgodtv Producer @LizaShuvalova pic.twitter.com/ImFZG1zC4x

Where Is Mikhail Gorbachev Now? Still Alive Or Dead – What Happened To Him?
The current whereabouts of Mikhail Gorbachev remains unknown.
However, he seems alive, as his latest social media post came two days ago, 26 February 2022. It was about the statement of the Gorbachev Foundation, which emphasized the need for negotiation and mutual respect/consideration of interests-based dialogue on resolving the issue between Ukraine and Russia.
Further, it stated that nothing is more important than human lives.
Likewise, credible media sources haven’t reported anything on his demise. His Twitter account, @mgorbachev, shows that he resides in Moscow.
After Russia invaded Ukraine, BBC’s Moscow Correspondent Steve Rosenberg tweeted about what Mikhail had said to him in 2019. Mikhail believes weapons of mass destruction bring a great danger not only to humans but also to Earth. So to prevent any of that, he suggests all nations destroy nuclear weapons.
“By spilling more and more Ukrainian blood, Putin is making sure his dream will never be realised. It won’t be Mikhail Gorbachev’s name written on the death certificate of the Russian empire: it will be Putin’s” https://t.co/ORS8Fjm9LG
