PM gives details of sanctions against Moscow as he warns UK to prepare for ‘protracted crisis’ over Ukraine
Boris Johnson has announced a series of sanctions against Russia, imposing asset freezes on five major Russian banks and three high net worth individuals.
“This is the first tranche, the first barrage of what we are prepared to do,” the prime minister told parliament on Tuesday.
