A TWO-bed semi-detached house is going under the hammer for a bargain £99,000.

But while it may seem like a steal, every room in the property is brimming with festering mounds of rubbish.

The squalid pad is listed as an “exciting” fixer upper that just needs some love.

But the dilapidated property also comes with overgrown front, side and rear gardens – and the façade is also covered in a weed-like plant.

In promotional photos on Rightmove, the front door is wide open and further horror lies within.

There are gaping holes in the ceilings and what appears to be mould on some walls of the Glasgow house.

Heaps of clothes, trash and trinkets blot out the floor in what looks like a living room area.

And every surface in the kitchen and bathroom is likewise covered in detritus – and the sink and bath are brimming with soiled toiletries.

Another shocking snap shows collapsed wooden beams from the ceiling strewn across what appears to be a bed.

A second bedroom still has posters on the wall, while the bed is unmade with no sheets on it.

Potential buyer Louise Diana quipped: “I’d at least like a ceiling for £99,000.”

Auctioneer National Property described the house as needing a “full refurbishment”, adding: “Due to the condition [being] currently uninhabitable, non mortgageable and therefore a cash buy only, sold as seen, and unsafe for viewings.”

However, the firm insists the property is a “wonderful development opportunity” for a canny buyer.

It adds: “Spacious two bedroom end terrace in a highly sought after Old Drumchapel location offering excellent development potential.

“Recent sales of similarly sized properties nearby in good condition have reached superb prices.

“The house requires a complete refurbishment and is priced competitively to sell hence cash buy only.”

To sweeten the deal, the auctioneer suggests the buyer could seek planning permission for an extension at the back, as well as develop the loft.

The online auction ends on January 27.
