TESCO Clubcards are a great way to earn points on your weekly shop, but spending them in store usually won’t get you the best deals.
Instead, you can exchange the vouchers for experience days, restaurant meals, and even a haircut and get up to three times their face value.

Normally, you collect one point for every £1 you spend with Tesco or F&F in store or online. You also get one point for every £2 you spend on Tesco fuel.
These points then add up to vouchers, and you get given one worth £1.50 for every 150 points you collect.
In a nutshell, this means you have to spend £150 at Tesco or F&F to get a £1.50 voucher, with each point having a value of just 1p.
But by exchanging the vouchers with Tesco’s reward partners, you can get a much better deal.

Completing surveys
Filling in Shopper Thoughts surveys will give you 25 points each. That means you can boost your total points whenever you have a spare five minutes.
If you’ve recently done a Tesco shop you can also earn an extra 25 points for a 15 minute survey giving feedback on your experiences.
Days out
You can get up to three times the value of your vouchers on hundreds of days out including theme parks, zoos and museums.
For instance, every 50p worth of vouchers will buy you £1.50 towards Alton Towers, Legoland, and an English Heritage Membership.

How do I sign up for Tesco Clubcard vouchers?

You first need to sign up for a Clubcard, which you can join online for free on Tesco’s website.
Once you’ve received it, each time you spend £1 in store and online you get one point when you scan your card or app.
You also get one point for every £2 spent on fuel.
One point equals 1p, so 150 points gets you £1.50, for example.
You have to have a minimum of 150 points to request a voucher.
Once you have enough points, you can now turn them into vouchers of the face value to spend in store, or you can triple their worth to spend at reward partners, including certain restaurants.
You can request and receive vouchers within 24 hours on your Clubcard account online or on the Clubcard app.

There are absolutely loads of ways to boost your points by going on holiday, perfect for when travel restrictions ease.
You can get three times the face value of vouchers on the travel itself, including £15 for £5 vouchers on Eurostar, 600 British Airways Avios points for every £2.50 of vouchers, and £1.50 for every 50p worth of vouchers on Royal Caribbean international.
You’ll also triple the value om ABC boat hire, Al Fresco Holidays and Butlins Family Breaks.

Breakdown cover
Motorists can turn every 50p in vouchers towards £1.50 off their breakdown cover with RAC.

Jewellery
If you fancy some new bling, then you can boost your points with Goldsmith jewellers.
Goldsmith also repair and service watches, clean jewellery, give valuations, and do engravings.
Your voucher code can only be used in one of Goldsmiths 100 stores nationwide and are not valid online.
But you will get a boost as each 50p voucher will get you £1.50 towards your new diamonds, watches or other jewels.

How to reclaim your lost Clubcard points
IT’S easy to claim back lost Clubcard points so you don’t miss out
First log in to the Clubcard section on Tesco.com and click on the “My Vouchers” tab which shows your voucher history, including which points haven’t been spent yet.
These unused ones can then instantly be spent online. To use them in store, you’ll need to print the vouchers yourself.
Bear in mind that you’ll have to make sure you’re registered with Tesco first to log into the website.
You can also sign up for Faster Vouchers – which means you don’t need to wait for your points statement every three months.
To do this log into your Clubcard account and select the button that turns your points into vouchers.
Select “request vouchers” and the vouchers will appear in your account within 24 hours.
Gym subscriptions
If you’re trying to lose some lockdown weight you could put your vouchers towards Hussle partner gyms.
When you redeem your £2 voucher your Hussle account will be credited with either £6 or £15 which you can spend at any of the listed gyms and health clubs.

Supermarket loyalty schemes – which has one?
MOST UK supermarkets have loyalty schemes so customers can build up points and save money while they shop.
Here we round up what saving programmes you’ll find at the big brands.
- Iceland: Unlike other stores, you don’t collect points with the Iceland Bonus Card. Instead, you load it up with money and Iceland will give you £1 for every £20 you save.
- Lidl Plus: Lidl customers don’t collect points when they shop, and are instead rewarded with personalised vouchers that gives them money off at the till.
- Morrisons: The My Morrisons: Make Good Things Happen replaces the More Card and rewards customers with personalised money off vouchers via the app.
- Sainsbury’s: While Sainsbury’s doesn’t have a personal scheme, it does own the Nectar card which can also be used in Argos, eBay and other shops. You need 200 Nectar points to save up £1 to spend on your card. You need to spend at least £1 to get one Nectar point.
- Tesco: Tesco Clubcard has over 17million members in the UK alone. You use it each time you shop and build up points that can be turned into vouchers – 150 points gets you a £1.50 voucher. Here you need to spend £1 in Tesco to get one point.
- Waitrose: myWaitrose also doesn’t allow you to collect points but instead you’ll get access to free hot drinks, and discounts off certain brands in store.

You can get £1.50 per 50p voucher towards magazine subscriptions covering 80 different publishers and titles.
There’s something to suit every interest including fashion, cars, computers, home, celebrity, fishing, food and history.
